I see no reason at all why this market can not finish its growth spiral. Its very rare that the market drops short of it and if it does its only by like 0.5%, the spiral that ended February 2002 overshot by 1.4%. Giving it 1.5% either way we are coming into the range, but the fact is the market totaled yesterday’s loss so no reason why it can follow through on it.
However intraday, the market is getting tired, its lagging at times and not following through well anymore, but still getting across the line.
Another 120pt rise and its there. I think the fact that the markets have totally taken off and are not stopping is strong evidence of the existence of this spirl.
