Morning Veedub,

I only put the circles on the chart so you can see where the nos come from,but as you can see where the circles are ,there is confluence eg: where the lines cross and as they all stem from the LIS hence why they are strong support/resistance
and you are correct in your assumption that above the lis you are looking for longs, below shorts..
