I've noticed some people using the Nasdaq as a leading indicator for future direction for SP500, Dow etc. I notice the Arms ratio for the Nasdaq went into a strongly oversold condition (1.84) overnight while the index itself declined by only 0.3%. My initial read on this is bullish, but I'm open to other opinions...?
