It's pretty easy to guess what the terms of the MOU would be.
Grades high enough and a resource big enough to make processing at the Morilla plant economical for the % Rangold will take.
What the exact specifics are we won't know until a JV is struck.
Best guess is grades around 2.0-3.0g/t on big tonnage will definitely result in a JV.
Sub 2.0g/t doesn't look like it's going to cut it, but I don't know enough TBH.
I suspect they just need to add a little more to what they have already found and KJ is pretty confident of this otherwise he wouldn't be spending $$ over in Liberia.
