The last time ESG did a spike down like the last few days was June 15-17 when it fell to 71.5 cents (and broke thru the 100 day MA). It subsequently went strongly up to 88 in the next 2 days and on to $1.125 within 5 weeks ... a 60% rise altogether. pattern looks similar this time .. and with brokers saying "buy to $1.45" and with news on development concepts expected "in the very near future" (re-inforced by today's presentation) ... could we see the same sort of rise again? Would take up to around $1.50+????
MI'm not predicting the sp or advising it will happen ... just observations on ESG's trading pattern. The market's sentiment may be the only thing to interfer with this scenario though I reckon.
