Glad you found that. ATV contributes the underlying software that operates the GPU servers that the games run on. First up, every time a telco deploys a new server, the ATV software autoconfigures it into the ecosystem of servers. The number of servers is becoming significant and so this is essential to keep up with demand. Then when a user on a mobile network or smart tv or settop box launches a game, the ATV software creates the network connection between the closest available server and the user's device. Next the ATV software spins up a container/virtual machine that runs the game. Finally the ATV software hands off the frame-stream to the encoder cards that optimse the output across the network so that the user gets a low-latency, high quality in-game experince. The software also manages global game file distribution so that a publisher like Blacknut only has to deploy a new game to one location but all 3 billion possible gamers can access it on their local telco network by ATV software automatically replicating it only to where its needed. Radian Arc pays ATV a license fee per server cluster per month to use that software. Generally, Radian Arc owns the commercial relationship with the telco's and handles billing integration, Blacknut, OnePlay et al provide licensed content, AMD provides the GPU/CPU/Encoder hardware, Supermicro builds the servers, ActivePort provides the software that glues it all together. Hope that helps.
