Next the ATV software spins up a container/virtual machine that runs the game. The software also manages global game file distribution so that a publisher like Blacknut only has to deploy a new game to one location but all 3 billion possible gamers can access it on their local telco network by ATV software automatically replicating it only to where its needed. Radian Arc pays ATV a license fee per server cluster per month to use that software. Generally, Radian Arc owns the commercial relationship with the telco's and handles billing integration, Blacknut, OnePlay et al provide licensed content, AMD provides the GPU/CPU/Encoder hardware, Supermicro builds the servers, ActivePort provides the software that glues it all together.
