With the current information available for SVL. Particularly the costs/oz of silver and the cost of the plant and the current JORC SVL is valued at about this SP. I'm waiting on the off chance it'll kiss 15cents again.
For SVL to move upwards, it needs to lower that cost/oz (via a better stripping ratio) or substantially increase their economic resources in the ground. To buy at these prices means you are buying into the chance of the above.
IMO I think it will happen, however the Silver Spot price is too close to SVL's cost/oz for my comfort as a long term investment. You may find that is the same for many other buyers.
ps. my ST Buy is because I think there will be a short rally to 22c'ish in the not too distant future.
