eow = end of week
Here's the weekly chart below. What we want to see is a nice fat engulfing weekly candle. A weekly close above 20c would be just that and engulf the last two weekly candles. That in conjunction with three bounces off 18c would indicate to me that the risk/reward tradeoff is very favourable. So, for example, a low risk strategy might be: enter eow if >20c, with stop at 17c.
Risk: 15%
Reward: First stop would be the downtrend line = 26c = 30%
