This fits with recent news that the Japanese are going to sell off some of their stockpiles. Notable in this article is that Cameco realised an average price of $54.46 per lb for 2016. Where would PDN be now if Borshoff had signed up similar long term contracts rather than expecting that spot price would soon exceed these levels?
