The mortality data for England and Wales from ONS from 1 May 2021 until 17 September 2021 shows a significant excess, particularly in the 15-19 year age group. I'd be suspicious of anyone making claims about data, and then only supplying 1 previous year of data as a comparison.

How would you know which of the 2 years was abnormal.

Seems to be just more fodder for the gullible.
