its garbage. NK do this every few years to milk money from the west.. the sabre rattling is just extortion to increase aid flowing to the regime. the "media" have very little grasp of international diplomacy let alone strategic military actions... there is no reason to go to war with NK as there is no benefit to anyone. it would also put china in an awkward spot... and china dont like awkward.... its more complicated than Today Tonight would let on.
vanadium and gold future is bright war or no war. grid scale power and increased high quality steel production = vanadium bright future. gold is always valuable its just a question of recovery costs.
