Fair enough .. I'm not suggesting that everyone stays warm and fuzzy .. in fact I have said that I have sold some at $1.80 and $1.75!!! Too much uncertainty I agree.
618 has pointed out though that Chinguetti after 4 months is still in its infancy in term of production. I think it was a poorly worded release by WPL .. "natural decline is expected to continue unless well intervention takes place". Sheesh!!! Do they WANT us to assume that at the rate of decline shown so far ...75k-37k it will be producing zero in another 4 months???? They have already said that remedial works are to be done ASAP and that's October. Premier in the UK yesterday stated that production had stabalised at 35k-40k per day???? Yes I'm feeling like a mushroom in terms of what HDR has told us (nothing!) and like our major JV partner is note doing us any favours at all!
