Thanks, Ausheds. As suspected. Until demonstrated otherwise, I see no reason to assume Yeo has done anything other than determine her recommendations (from the official Govt commissioned Report she flagrantly ignored) and has broadcast them through social media, but has yet to follow the process and present them to Cabinet for discussion or approval. When she does so, I expect her to be outmanoeuvred and fall on her own sword if she has any sense of decency or be sacked when she shows she lacks even that.

I also feel it’s incumbent on Lynas to clarify this and inform the market. Currently, they are publicly responding to an unreliable media being played by a politician hopelessly compromised by her own bias, who has not followed due process. Lynas need to deal with the decision makers and the grown ups out of the public gaze until an acceptable way forward can be agreed.
