Although I have some confidence on the PM. For just in case, Lynas should seriously consider to setup a company in other countries for condisoil manufacturing. First send out 1WLP+6NUF as raw material from LAMP. Then, add filler and remain material and perform mixing process in that country so the origin of product belong to the new country and condisoil registration also in the nrw country. It is the same as what China is doing in Malaysia. This should be able to bypass Malaysia old regulation.
