Not sure I follow your statement but although Jupiter Mines has delisted from the ASX, they are still pushing ahead with plans to take Mt Mason to production and are working with Mindax in regards to infrastructure sharing. Legacy would likely have similar costs to Jupiter's projects so their scoping study would be a good start if Legacy get to that stage.
