    How will this help us?
    Means we have to move funds into the new company for the Bauxite exposure. I prefer both projects held under UMC.

    I admitt I'm a holder of options only, and I had no intension of converting them yet, wanted to wait for the price to go much higher so i can sell some and convert the rest.
