spin-off is a positive according to jbwere

I have read that jbwere classify this as a positive similar to what I have read in some of the postings here (ie free up capital and allows them to focus on what they do best rather than tie up in expensive infrastructure which is not their forte). Perhaps being misinterpretted by some people due to not appreciating the financial implications fully.
