    If Mooiplats is spun off, would the spin off company own 50% of 75% (37.5%) of the Mooiplats prospect ? Based upon Impact having an 75% entitlement to take up subject to BFS, and Impact being 50% owned by GAU, or have I something wrong in the ownerships here ?
