interesting thread - well some of it anyway until it completely degenerated as often happens, regardless of assumptions it is safe to say that they couldn't find a better time to spin off a U asset and it should deliver some much needed cash into GDN's coffers. Even the whiff of an economic resource puts it in the upper echelons of U listings in Australia I reckon, there is so much rubbish out there trying to cash in.
