    XBL looking to spin off another company. Generally nice bonus for existing holders. Boron been losing money, moving to break even. Negotiations extended with a major. Positive sign. MD is ex Metabolic, Circadian and Axon. XBL is new pet project. Price action is promising -read between the lines of AGM preso "Increase Xceeds profile in the capital markets"
