i dont know man, the legal action is considering the legitimacy of the enviro/community plan. suggesting something/someone(s) was missed... in my mind i cant see it being "gameover" jyst have to circle back and consult to work out the want. hardly likely to shelve it, noting its nationally significant and brazil is the worlds biggest importer of fert.
there has been some serious volume last month so i suspect something is in the offing.
