Well you need to provide proof that fraud was intended and actions were taken in order to commit the fraud in each of these cases...
If it is just a case of an interpretation of one of the many grey areas of a politicians travel allowance, then of course it is just a matter of paying it back...
If you have proof that this is a case of fraud then provide this proof, or stop wasting everyone's time with trivia...
