Crustless seafood and cheese tarts:
butter and fill a cake tin or small tins with the following mixture:
2 eggs egg yolks.
200 gm white crab meat.
50 fresh brown crab meat lobster oysters or / and scrimps .
90 ml double cream.
a few splashes xo sauce.
a few splashes soy sauce.
a few flashes worcestershire.
top with gruyère cheese 50 gm, finely grated.
bake at 175 c for up for 20 to 30 minutes.
