    SPINCO.

    My question is:

Currently Tawana has about 500million shares, 500 million keeps it simple.

If, maybe, Cowan, Yallari, and Mofe Creek projects collectively worth 15 million.

    So 15,000,000 / 500,000,000 works out at a value of 0.03 cents a share.

So if I have 20,000 Tawana shares, I will theoretically have $600 of Spinco "shares".

That would be just tradable should Spinco become ASX listed.

My point is if the merger goes ahead how do we get a Spinco value.

In fact maybe the value of Spinco as an asset irrelevant as I will possibly never be able to cash it in.

In which case why are they creating Spinco and instead add it to the value of the new companies assets instead?

Unless of course it is next to worthless. The value of Lithium mine companies is those that can easily make production in the next couple of years.

I am not using this towards an argument against the merger as it is, I just want a clearer idea of how I will get full value for my shareholding.

All the WA mines that are near production, the ones in Canada, SA, USA, China, Serbia, etc etc, have value.

    IMO
