Hi SSyd, yep that all appears a bit of an unknown at the moment, as discussed in various threads. I personally would have liked them to keep the Spinco assets in TAW and just merged the J/V company assets into AMAL, thus leaving those "Spinco" assets in a listed company, not an unlisted one.

As you don't appear to be a Tawana shareholder, what current assets would you own in Tawana?
