I have followed SPX for awhile, they have been around 7.0-7.5 for quite awhile. I bought recently on the basis that LSG and RSG had interests, and started to see some volume start coming into the stock. Maybe it was all a ploy to get the share price up to 9.5cents?
I sold today at 8.5c becuase my track record with share placements are not good, although SPX's prospects still look good to me.
Without reading all the announcement, what I don't like is the 8:1 consolidation, maybe I am wrong, but I am no expert.
