Is there any reason why we can't spin off the future income stream from our Zero Spin Silicon tech into a separate listed entity?
I've noticed that there is huge investor appetite for Quantum computing stocks to the extent that white-collar crooks are bullsh1tting their way to nine figure valuations on do-nothing companies that purport to be in the QC space.
Surely, our ZSS tech would be able to support a market cap in the hundreds of millions in its own right, and the hit to the valuation on our company as it stands today would be far less than that.
It would also allow those of us who are more interested in one space than the other to concentrate our investment in the aspect of the technology that we most believe in.
I understand that the SILEX tech is subject to secrecy provisions, but those secrecy provisions don't extend to the allocation of future income streams.
I firmly believe that this is one of those cases where the whole is actually worth LESS than the sum of its parts. Comments?
