oh yeah, good idea but and a big but ,existing shareholders should not have to purchase the new shares as we actually own them at the present time.maybe this is yet to be explained properly but i have owned similar co.s where a spinoff occurs and shareholders are often given them on a one for one basis.so i hope big kev looks in on hot copper.
