Guys I do not believe how naive some of the comments written here are. Look up the original documents from the last spin off that MXR did. If you remember it was FDL spun off to MXR spun off to ERO so if they use the same method -- criteria or what ever its called you will get nothing. The original report was done by DMR CORPORATE for the directors of Maximus Resources Limited. These were common directors with FDL Robert Kennedy Kevin Wills and Ewan Vickery. Without looking it up this transaction comes under listing rule 10.1 (whatever that is) I would print or copy the document but its 31 pages long and besides I have no idea how to do it. All I can repeat is do not get your hopes up at this stage as to getting any thing for free. If you don't buy into the IPO your benefit will come in the form of any bonuses that from the new company Flinders Exploration. And that could be 10 years down the track. Of course if they hit a another Argyle could be 2 years and that's only if Rann gives his approval to mine. So look at least 5 years before any thing happens in that direction. If I am wrong I will personally drive around the corner and personally apologise to Kennedy and Wills
