the sale consideration was 44,357,143 shares and 8,035,714 option at an exercise price of 30cents on or before 30/06/11. That was subject to Eromanga raising not less than $10,000,000 and its shares being accepted for quotation by the ASX. This is a different deal as the likelyhood of copper,uranium being found on the tenements held would be far greater than the likely hood of Diamonds being found or the commercialisation of the phosphate find. This is not to say that it wont happen. I fail to see any thing that will encourage me to buy into the IPO but this is only my humble opinion and don't wish to start an argument with any one. As the saying is do your on research or as when buying a secondhand car buyer beware.
