my thoughts are they have money in the bank of there own money -that they have to spend on coal projects with the bhushan joint venture , they have just added another to the program i read just now.

to do ground surveys and exploration drilling and the like now on there non coal projects would possibly require bowen to raise more money in a share purchase plan?? the stock is 30 cents, so a rasing would be around 28 cent for that ? i would assume. the croyden leases alone is a pretty big area to fly a plane over to do surveys and the like

but if the company is seperate and on its own ipo at 20 cents is far better value for bowen shareholder to have a priority offer to it and they dont have to take it up.
its far more benificial to spin off.

straits resources is splitting in to 2 coal companu and other metals and mining etc , im not 100% sure how there going about, but there in a far better position to do it in speccie with out a rasing at the same time.

i think bowen are going the right way about it, if they do it free for bowen share holders , then they would only have do raise extra money in public offer meaning they would be more shares and dilution than what is need ? yes or no. im happy to buy mine in the offer.


bowen has a very tight register i would assume capricorn would be the same.
i would think they would have a stake in the company of course.


its early days yet was only mentioned yesterday.
