these 2 points interest me,
1/ “The market currently gives Bowen no value for its non-coal assets,
2/ Bowen shareholders will be offered a priority allocation of shares in Capricorn Metals.
so kn says the market values the non coal assets at $0....it's probably very true but how did he come to this conclusion of $0 value?
do i have to buy "assets" (used loosely) that i already own?....or will it be a distribution of shares rather than a priority allocation?
cheers
