these kind of spin-offs are a croc. The single biggest problem for junior resource stocks in Australia is way too many companies and management spread too thin across them, made infinitely worse by these pointless spin-offs. It doesn't create a single cent of value. If the assets are good, keep them, if they're not being valued, be patient and they will.
