If you read GPN's last report, dated 15/2/2006 you would know that the next report will be a shareholder's general meeting and the next one after that will be the release of the Yellowrock Resources prospectus and record date of the entitlement.

I can't see any insider trading going on here, you just need to read the reports carefully and know the company.

The shareprice did move down to 1.3 and he was of the opinion that was really cheap.
