No bad news, unusual selling/dumping- my guess it was a big holder who HAD to sell by today. It has that shape about it.

Also, look at Encounter, which listed last week. They are an explorer without anything like what GPN has, but a still traded near 50c today. If that's the case, what will the spin-off of GPN (YRR) trade at? And there is a one (YRR) for 24 (GPN) entitlement, closing date to be announced soon. I think the market awaits more news on results and dates before committing itself.

And, yes, sandune is entitled to his opinion, but I just think he is a bit harsh without enough info. If he is going to be a buyer, well, I'll be happy to be making money alonside him.
