Unfortunately, and incredibly the assertion that we are all agreed that 51% is the crux of the problem here is patently not the case.

There is a big percentage on here who appear to have placated themselves with the amazing and gullible notion that all you need in business affairs involving millions of bucks is a gentlemens agreement and a friendly handshake.

Some of what has been posted on here in the last few days purporting to be credible business acumen from normally savvy and respected posters, almost all of whom either have been, or are still involved in business of their own in one form or another, has really opened my eyes to why global business and finance is the disaster it is.

We have been asked by the mods to keep it impersonal so I will leave it at that and stew in my despair.
