Tend to disagree about the use of the word "impersonal".

That's about as personal as it gets Bazza d2 barring actually mentioning a posters name :( Well, I am not even posting and take it personally. Really - FML posters opinions can somehow be construed to be responsible for global woes? Remember, this is emotional, not just commercial, contractual or whatever you want to call it. When emotions run high, people say what they "feel: - hence the word emotions. I love it actually. Learn from it everyday.

PS: Do love your work though. Very objective, well articulated and thought provoking. I think you are a heavyweight champion, but somehow, you managed a shot below the belt with that last post.

PPS: This is not flaming or baiting, just stating my "opposing" opinion on the view of a poster who I have otherwise found to be outstanding irrespective of whether we have differing views or not.
