If you want it in plain English - Any holder who sells their UCM shares at the current offer prices or even 12c is just plain ignorant of their underlying value and will likely regret acting on that ignorance, in time to come.
I would also be dishonest If I said I was not a buyer at prices float below 11c.

All that said - I detect from the remaining content of your post that you have still MISSED the real thrust of what is happening. You need to forget historic share price as a measure of UCM current company value. There is NO relationship between the increasing value embedded in UCM shares and the current market trading prices. That is why there are so few shares traded daily in the current market. It is only the ignorant or the desperate selling UCM at current offer prices.
