"backdoor listing", "tech directors manipulating share price".....all unfounded speculation. These guys are just as likely to do a resources deal IMO. being 'open to investments outside resources' and 'talking to 3 companies' is a long way from a tech deal. They have proven history of conservatism so for me a tech deal is unlikely even if they are 'looking'. And if they do one it wont be an rto IMO. more likely an investment into tech play but I doubt it.
You seem to be very confident boom. Do you know anybody at SPI?
