    I agree with Morningstar as reported on MSN:
    "Spark divests non-core assets to remain focused on its home market by selling Telecom Rentals, 60% of Telecom Cook Islands to Teleraro, for NZD 23 million and its international voice business to My Net Fone. Capital management now looks good and SPK can buyback more shares up to 40 million for 2015. There will be no leverage and the purchase price of the buyback goes down. With scale and cost advantage in mobile and the ability to leverage its broad broadband"
