It won't be happening under the Greens current scheme, which is just looking to monetise it. The PBO indicates that the cost to the consumer would be around $500 an ounce including taxes. Do you know anybody that likes a smoke that would pay $500 an ounce for an official, "approved strain" of cannabis? Or, just stick with their local dealer?
