that last sentence is a bit hysterical. You cant rush a resource statement, they're moving very swiftly on that as it is.
Obviously a big difference of opinion over the future direction of the company. Does Simich want to sell the company? or vice versa. We dont know?
Although word was that Simich is not the most likeable guy, i couldn't care what type of guy he is if he delivers the goods.
