Does show that perhaps a director was more than happy to monetize their stake after all it did go from 20c and when they sold it was about 80c.

If we're thinking about the same guy, then I believe he had to sell his stocks to meet a tax liability under Israeli law.
I can't recall anyone else selling thus far.
