Hi guild,
Thanks for your addition, it highlights the excellent quality of SPM's vanadium resources, high above the other peers' projects.
While having a giant vanadium deposit with outstading concentrated grade, SPM share prices fell heavily today, nearly -10%, to $0.23 per share. Its market capital now is about $30 millions, and its enterprise value (MC minus cash) is about $21 millions, far below other international peers (e.g. american vanadium corp)
Just a couple of months ago, in Feb 2011, SPM had a capital raising to issue shares to "leading international institutions" at $0.37 per share. These "leading international institutions" must do a good research in evaluating SPM's projects, They are confident enough in SPM to pay big money ($6 millions plus) to buy at $0.37 per SPM share.
Now, 3 months later, after a significant good resource upgrade in early May, SPM share prices fell to $0.23 per share. Hmm ... something does not make sense here. Is it oversold ?
