So the deal with our spodumene off-take agreements are a slight mystery but the known volumes and for how many years is public knowledge.
What we do know from public correspondence and from interviews with Stephen Biggins (Our outgoing CEO) is that pricing will be "near" spot price.
Spot prices currently range from about 6000 USD per ton to a little over 7 000 USD per ton.
Asian Metals would indicate pricing for contracts as north of 5000 but those tend to be with the real big boys like Abermarle etc where there are pre-arranged prices in their contracts and those prices have also been rapidly climbing.
So long story short, by the time we are in business likely upwards of 6500-7k USD minus a discount for our offtake partners (maybe 5 or 10%?).
We should get a better idea once first payment comes in but the jist of it being Stephen played his hand incredibly well as he knew what was coming regarding the supply deficit.
We are expecting to pump out between 170-190 thousand tons per year with the ability to potentially double that for around 50 or 60 million (chump change for us once the mine is up and running).
