the range of any vehicle is reduced when you add more weight. Unfortunately with current bat tech it's a bit more noticible with an electric due to lower energy density of power pack relative to fuel. Engineering Explained on yt has a good video explaining the physics and math behind it if you're genuinely interested. Hopefully newer solid states can help in this regards.
luckily the most weight that will be added to our EV is a 42kg greyhound asleep on the back seat from time to time so im not worried.
id like the f150 and the power to load abilities look awesome. Would be great to use my EV as a house battery
