why would someone not have the foresight to lock a previous offtake agreement and have to pay high spot prices... it was a far size contract. ... money yet to be paid.

a query about conversation to Hydroxide... what is the ratio to conversion.. spod to hydroxide think i saw 6 to 1 but could find any real confirmation
