Yes but the more "exploration" they have around the area the better.
PLS mangement have enough on thier plate with Calix, POSCO, BMX and re-commisioning the mine.
Getting juniors to explore the surrounding area means they dont have to worry about it much, and if they become successful than it can sold on BMX or via Calix and POSCO
Some might say why will juniors do it..... But if the agreement gives then 20 to 40 plus percent SP increase (very likely for some of the explorers) than any CR they do to fund thier portion of drilling etc is that much cheaper and ultimately save on dilution.
