I see a comforting pattern emerging between the major players
C&M of projects until incentive pricing arrives

The big players have the ball in their court and I don’t think they
are going to drop that ball......it’s worth way too much!!
To be in a position to positively effect the price received
is an enviable position for any seller of anything

I actually think even Posco are singing from the same hymn sheet as Pls
Just waiting for the prices to get a little juicier,
hence the delays
