My 2c. We won't get another BMX until the next load has been/close to being produced (therefore perhaps as late as Feb/March). Don't think Ken was overly happy with that last (effectively futures) contract on the BMX exchange, therefore won't do another one for foreseeable future. I'm happy he tried it though, and wouldn't be surprised if he tried it again in future.
Also - why not hold off, longer we do higher the price it seems will be as per BMI, Fastmarkets et al.
